Facilitates Learning: Fosters a learning environment for patients/families, nursing, and other members of the healthcare team, including student; Facilities formal and informal learning for patients/families, nursing, other members of the healthcare team, and community. At Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, our Float Pool RNs work within one hospital only, supporting Med/Surg and Telemetry units-no cross-campus floating, no constant reorientation, just meaningful variety with the stability of a single team.
