Participate in shift and call rotation, including evening and night call shifts (typically 2–12 hours) distributed evenly among the team, with every effort made not to schedule more than 60 combined work and call hours per week. Support a broad range of surgical procedures including trauma, general, orthopedics, neuro, open heart, robotics, burn, ENT, gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, plastics, and more.
