Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Duration: 6 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Experience with ventilators, managing pressors, and hemodynamics (PAC, CVP, arterial lines) - Ability to manage sheaths, IABP, Impella, and CRRT - Competence in paralyzing and sedating patients - BIS & TOF - Ability to titrate drips such as epinephrine, norepinephrine, vasopressin, dobutamine, milrinone, amiodarone, and cardene Description: This position requires Registered Nurses to be open to floating. Registered Nurses are required to troubleshoot ventilators and intervene in emergency situations, such as self-extubations or trach dislodgments.
