Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, with a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Recruitment & Retention, the Human Resources & Talent Coordinator collaborates closely with school leaders, Regional Office staff, hiring managers, and Talent Team members to ensure HR and talent processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws. As a member of the Talent Team, this role helps create an exceptional experience for candidates, new hires, current employees, and departing staff by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating key HR processes, and supporting recruitment and retention initiatives.
