Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field, with advanced coursework preferred • Experience programming Siemens PLCs • Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at problem-solving in fast-paced environments • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels from hourly staff to senior leadership. Basic Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience in an automotive assembly and/or machining environment • Proven programming experience with Fanuc and Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, PLC-5 SLC500 ControlLogix • Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work flexible schedules, including various shifts and overtime to support production needs.
