REQUIREMENTS · 3-5 years direct field experience · US Equivalent Certification OSHA 30 NCCER · Basic first aid and CPR training required · EMT and HAZMAT first responder training a plus · Proven leadership and client relationship skills · Exceptional written and oral communication skills · Superior ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders · High level of professionalism and proactive focus · Ability to work in diverse work groups and settings · Ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills · Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in interpreting and applying company policies to issues and problems · Knowledge of policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, provincial, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, institutions, and environment · Able to lead the safety culture on site · Ability to work in diverse work groups and settings · Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard, and shop locations · Working indoors in an office environment · Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary.
