The purpose of the Field Service Technical Trainer is to support the development, onboarding, and technical readiness of entry level Field Service employees by delivering structured training in electrical systems, equipment startup, commissioning processes, troubleshooting, software tools, safety practices, and related field service functions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with Field Service leadership, production teams, engineering, shop leads, technicians, and other internal stakeholders to identify training needs, coordinate learning activities, and support workforce readiness.
