The Workforce Manager will ensure effective communication among associates, client, and internal stakeholders and partners. Essential Functions:<ul><li>Oversee and manage deliverables as outlined in Statement of Work, work order, and/or contracts </li><li>Maintain and manage associate work force according to client specific requirements</li><li>Optimize the performance of associates through performance management and feedback, KPI tracking and monitoring, and corrective action as needed</li><li>Serve as the interface between client managers, associates, local office, Services Practices teams, and matrix partners</li><li>Assist and review client specific and internal reporting in conjunction with Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, and Services Delivery Enablement team</li><li>Attend client quarterly business reviews</li><li>Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client and Aerotek culture; partner with Employee Relations on issues or guidance as needed</li><li>Safety conscious in all areas of the business to ensure that all employees are executing safe work procedures, including partnering with Health & Safety, conducting client site walks, and following injury reporting protocol by communicating with appropriate internal contacts and local medical facility for post-accident care</li><li>Administer Oraltox and random drug screening as needed</li><li>Support all documentation using Aerotek's online system and access database to track information and upload information as needed (Connected, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)</li><li>Act as a liaison on the fulfillment of open requisitions with local Aerotek office and Delivery Manager/Delivery Lead</li><li>Conduct first day onboarding tasks as defined by Aerotek and client requirements including assisting with client specific/owned materials orientation</li><li>If on site with no Client Engagement Specialist (CES), additional responsibilities include but not limited to daily site set up, routine audit of associate PPE compliance and Aerotek assets, entering task codes in Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), monitoring clock in/outs, and managing sign in sheets</li></ul>Supervisory or Management Responsibilities:At accounts with internal staff assigned, supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. About this Role:
The Quanta Power Solutions (QPS) Construction Manager provides on-site oversight, coordination, management and technical expertise for all aspects of the project construction and interfaces on a daily basis with discipline supervisors and the site safety advisor to ensure project specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule within budget.

What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Works with discipline supervisors and project manager to assure crews and subcontractors are working efficiently to meet contracting requirements, budgets, forecasts and schedules</li><li>Integrates safety into project plans, reinforces safety policies, supports safety trainings and corrects unsafe conditions</li><li>Supervises total construction effort to ensure productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials & equipment and contractual performance goals are being met</li><li>Review subcontractor work packages</li><li>Assists discipline supervisors with project scope development, questions and problem resolutions</li><li>Systematically and regularly appraises and evaluates progress against goals, timelines and objectives</li><li>Conducts daily site coordination meetings with all subcontractors</li><li>Ensures project environmental, regulatory and safety requirements are adhered to during construction activities</li><li>Assists start-up team during the start-up, commissioning and testing of the facility</li><li>Performs any other duties assigned</li><li>Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures</li><li>Employee may be required to visit job sites, field offices, and customer locations</li></ul>

What You'll Bring:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in construction management is preferred</li><li>Relevant career experience in the construction industry and exposure to EPC projects in the electric power delivery sector is preferred</li><li>20 - 25 years of substation or related facility construction experience with a track record of achievement on large complex projects in power generation</li><li>Strong technical background in the installation and operation of high voltage electrical facilities and associated subsystems</li><li>Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), craft agreements, jurisdiction, engineering, cost control, schedule and safety</li><li>Must be capable of performing physical activities such as lifting to 20 pounds at times, bending, standing, walking, lifting, stretching, climbing, and crawling in both on-site and office environments</li><li>Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions and uneven terrain</li><li>Experience constructing power generation facilities - simple cycle; combined cycle; and/or reciprocating engine facilities</li><li>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Travel: Yes</li><li>Percent of Time: 100%</li></ul></li></ul>
