Success in this role requires maintaining a strong field presence, proactively identifying hazards, effectively communicating with craft personnel and supervision, and ensuring utility, concrete, excavation, and heavy civil construction activities are executed safely while supporting project productivity, quality, and schedule objectives. The Construction Safety Manager will maintain a strong field presence while working directly with craft personnel, equipment operators, subcontractors, supervision, and project leadership to identify hazards, maintain compliance, and support the safe execution of utility and concrete construction activities within a fast-paced mission-critical construction environment.
