Oversee the company’s credit and collections function, including credit approvals, risk assessment, and AR performanceEvaluate customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits and terms based on financial analysisMonitor credit exposure and proactively manage risk while supporting sales and customer relationshipsPartner with AR and collections teams to ensure timely resolution of past-due balances and improve cash flowDevelop, implement, and enforce credit policies and procedures across the organizationCollaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, leadership) to address high-risk accounts and escalationsTrack and report on key metrics (DSO, aging, credit exposure), providing insights to leadership for decision-making Identify and drive process improvements, including automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in credit, collections, or AR leadership rolesStrong financial analysis skills and experience evaluating credit riskProven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and influence decision-making.
