Serving the industry for over 47 years, they specialize in sales of joint replacement, trauma & extremities, spine, sports medicine, biologics and pharmaceuticals.Together, Medical Sales College and CrossLink have partnered to create a 14-week internship to provide a unique paid experience consisting of a 10-week, 50% paid scholarship to one of MSC’s campuses throughout the US followed by 4 weeks of working at CrossLink for 5 successful individuals.This unique program would allow successful candidates to gain tremendous experience and hands-on training by industry partner experts. Individuals would start by attending a Medical Sales College 10-week course to learn anatomy/vocabulary and sales for the various orthopedic device specialties including knees, hips, trauma, biologics, and pharmaceuticals. This would be followed by an additional 4 weeks of training at CrossLink at their headquarters in Atlanta, GA. This internship would take inexperienced candidates and train them to hit the ground running for a career in medical device sales.Up front, you will sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) with CrossLink with the intent of hiring you at the end of the program, upon successful completion of all aspects. This is not a 100% guarantee that you will be hired, it will be subject to how well you perform during those 14 weeks.<ol><li>Choose your 10-week MSC TotalOrtho+ campus followed by 4 weeks of in-depth, hands-on training in Atlanta, GA at CrossLink</li><li>Candidates receive a $4500 stipend during the duration of the 4 weeks in Atlanta, GA.</li><li>Combining foundational (MSC – 10 weeks) and real life (CrossLink – 4 weeks) training for the ultimate sales internship experience.</li><li>After completing your foundational MSC training, hone your skills with real work experiences while working at CrossLink.</li></ol>CrossLinkActivities:<ul><li>Warehouse and distribution logistics</li><li>Exposure to saw bone and cadaveric labs</li><li>Sales and Marketing</li><li>Shadow sales reps in the field</li></ul>Benefits of this Internship:<ul><li>Candidates will receive a Letter of Intent up front</li><li>Receive hands-on experience with sales professionals at CrossLink</li><li>4-week total pay of $4500 as an intern with CrossLink</li><li>10-week 50% scholarship to any MSC campus, does NOT include food or housing</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Candidates must have a 4-year degree from an accredited University or College</li><li>Designed for individuals to “cut their teeth” and learn over a 14-week period before entering the industry of medical device sales</li><li>The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to Georgia, North Carolina or South Carolina after completion of the MSC course.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, InternshipJob Schedule: 40 hours per week
