Direct selling strategy on key opportunities, including pricing, service, investment, risk, scheduling, in-person and remote meetings, and technical promotion issues to achieve successful design wins; · Assist Industry Market Segment groups with sales and marketing activities as requested · Conduct product exhibitions (technical shows) at OEM, CM and Distributor branch locations; · Attend quarterly sales meetings and present territory updates · Mentor and provide educational development for subordinates COMMUNICATION AND INTERFACE · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Excellent presentation skills for customer and company meetings Requirements: SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · Manage Distribution sales activities at the branch locations within assigned territory; Must be onsite and in-person as needed · Manage direct employees within specified territory or territories, including regular travel within their territories to evaluate performance.
