Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role - Deep proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow - Strong track record of designing scalable, well-documented solutions in a complex, multi-cloud Salesforce org - Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment tooling (Copado, Gearset, or equivalent) - Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or Application Architect strongly preferred - Experience supporting Sales Cloud objects including Opportunities, CPQ, Accounts, and custom pipeline reporting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting architecture decisions to both technical and business audiences - Understanding of hold to cash process in CPQ and exposure to a Salesforce environment with CPQ - Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) or Revenue Cloud - Prior experience with DealHub (or comparable CPQ/quoting platforms) is preferred but not required; hands-on familiarity with CPQ concepts such as product configuration, pricing, bundling, and SKU management is strongly valued - Familiarity with Revenue Operations workflows including territory management, comp plan automation, or forecasting - Background supporting high-growth SaaS companies at scale - Experience with data engineering tools or pipelines (e.g., Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt) that feed into Salesforce Job Description As a Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions on our Salesforce platform - spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Lightning components - that directly support our revenue operations and go-to-market teams.
