Additional duties include collecting copayments, balancing cash drawers, completing daily deposits, ordering all non-clinical supplies, attending Epic training meetings, obtaining medical records, and sending patient letters. Must pass skills assessment tests and have the following skills: Strong verbal and social skills to facilitate working respectfully with patients, physicians, visitors, co-workers, and drug reps in person or by telephone.
