<div>Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Check-In<br/><br/>SWICFT Cardiology, located in downtown Naples, is actively seeking a Patient Care Coordinator/Check-out for a busy cardiology practice. Looking for a candidate with a specific skill set to work closely with patients in a concierge level care setting.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Answer patient calls efficiently ensuring patients are able to speak with a team member throughout the day in a timely, polite, and professional manner.</li><li>Communicate with patients in a courteous, professional, cooperative, and mature manner.</li><li>Accurately take messages and convey information to physician, medical assistant or patient.</li><li>Coordinate testing/patient appointments within office and/or with outside imaging centers if needed. </li><li>Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.</li><li>Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent situations.</li><li>Collect and input insurance information in patient charts.</li><li>Collect payment/co-pays at check in/check out.</li><li>May be required to perform the duties of other employees in their absence.</li></ul><div><strong>Skills/Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Proficient computer skills with knowledge of electronic medical records.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.</li><li>Previous cardiology or internal medicine experience preferred, but the right candidate can be trained. </li><li>Attention to detail and organized.</li><li>Ability to work as a member of a team.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Medical office experience desired, preferably in cardiology or internal medicine.</li><li>Medical terminology knowledge.</li><li>Clinical experience required.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div>We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
