A 2-stage process of 1 ) repairing defects in wax patterns (a wax replica of a part that will be manufactured: cast in aluminum), and 2) strategically attaching gates, pour cups, pour spouts, filters, etc. to the wax patterns so they can be cast in aluminum. Responsibili ties: Most work will be performed at an assigned workstation where you will first use pottery-like hand tools to inspect and repair visual defects (excessive relief, cracks, voids, etc) found in wax patterns.
