<h3>Position Summary</h3>Audix is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage and optimize our production schedule for high-quality microphone manufacturing. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to support on-time delivery and efficient operations.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts and customer orders</li><li>Coordinate with production, purchasing, and engineering to ensure schedule execution</li><li>Monitor material availability and adjust schedules to address constraints</li><li>Track and report on schedule attainment and on-time delivery</li><li>Lead weekly production planning discussions</li><li>Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy (BOMs, lead times, routings)</li><li>Support new product introductions (NPI) and capacity planning</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of scheduling/planning experience in manufacturing</li><li>Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills</li><li>Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-mix environment</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Experience in electronics or audio product manufacturing</li><li>APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Computerized Scheduling: Schedules procedures for multiple rooms using scheduling computer system. Determines availability of staff and room availability based on procedure being performed. </li><li>Automated Computerized Staffing: May enter staff members and create schedule types, work patterns as needed. May load varying data into system about personnel, budget and staff coverage.</li><li>Independently performs daily patient/procedure data entry into computer system.</li><li>May assist manager with maintaining and updating staff profiles.</li><li>May assist computer program director with various computer duties updating system, timebooking information etc.</li><li>May independently initiate required reports. Maintains patient confidentiality.</li><li>May work with the Anesthesia department to create a smooth schedule. Duties may include: assigning each patient’s anesthesiologist, notifying Anesthesia of their assigned cases, changes in their schedules, etc. Enters into the computer system patient’s assigned anesthesiologist, room number, and any pertinent information needed for the procedure.</li><li>May function as Secretarial support-- performing various and numerous duties. Performs department typing as assigned. Completes patient charges, reviews and updates suture lists, miscellaneous charge list, etc., as needed to ensure proper revenue. </li></ul>

Qualifications:
Education:<ul><li>Completion of high school or equivalent.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Medical assistant, Secretary, Unit Secretary, Surgical Technician or Imaging Support Specialist preferred.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of appropriate computer systems and software. </li><li>Knowledge of department policies and procedures. </li><li>Medical terminology. </li><li>Requires typing 35 wpm. </li><li>Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. </li><li>Demonstrated communication skills.   </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work under stress. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.</li></ul>

Pay Range:
USD $22.32 - USD $31.90 /Hr.
