Candidates should demonstrate outstanding scholarly achievements and a collaborative research vision that bridges disciplines within the Civil and Architectural Engineering, or other related departments, and across multiple thrust areas under College of Engineering, including but not limited to Sustainability and Resilience, Energy and Environment, Health Engineering and Data Sciences, as well as between regional/national industry partners, and a broad set of stakeholders, including federal and state agencies. The College of Engineering (CoE) of University of Miami (UM) seeks exceptional candidates for full-time, tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor with background and expertise in (1) Indoor Air Environment and Building Energy Modeling or (2) Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Techno-Economic Analysis (TEA) for sustainable civil infrastructure systems.
