The Director leads the People Team Operations function, including the support center, and partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, and external vendors to ensure our programs are market competitive, financially responsible, operationally efficient, and aligned with business priorities. Reporting to the SVP, People, and serving as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, this leader builds scalable, compliant, and efficient people programs that deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for team members and managers across our multi-state footprint.
