Experienced in either military electronics, electrical material, machining, sheet metal, plastics, ceramics, raw material, consumables, make-to-print, and/or general purchasing experience as applicable to commodity assigned. Negotiates with suppliers and analyzes suppliers’ operations to determine factors that affect prices and to determine lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules.
