This role is part of a growing engineering team focused on delivering high-quality solutions for complex nuclear projects.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in mechanical system design, along with the ability to lead projects, review complex calculations, and mentor junior engineers.</p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Develop and support <strong>engineering design modification packages</strong> for nuclear plant systems</li><li>Perform and review <strong>complex calculations and design deliverables</strong></li><li>Analyze mechanical and electromechanical systems using principles of: 
 <ul><li>Mechanics</li><li>Thermodynamics</li><li>Hydraulics</li><li>Heat transfer</li><li>Materials science</li></ul></li><li>Establish performance specifications for systems, components, and equipment</li><li>Lead investigations, system studies, and technical evaluations</li><li>Provide <strong>technical leadership and guidance</strong> to junior engineers</li><li>Serve as <strong>technical lead</strong> on complex projects or lead small-to-medium projects</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine priorities and project impacts</li><li>Interface directly with clients to define scope, methodology, and deliverables</li><li>Support engineering change processes and ensure compliance with nuclear standards</li><li>Participate in <strong>plant walkdowns, technical discussions, and client presentations</strong></li></ul><h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an <strong>ABET-accredited program</strong></li><li><strong>8–10+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of:

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Educates health care professionals, patients, and families about home care services.</li><li>Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes and physician offices to generate leads.</li><li>Coordinates patient admissions with the team, including obtaining all required documentation to complete referral to admission process.</li><li>Conducts on-site visits to assess patient needs and identify barriers to care.</li><li>Keeps accurate records of patient interactions and referrals.</li><li>Achieves admissions, product, and payor-mix goals.</li><li>Meets short and long-term target account goals.</li><li>Documents the minimum expectation of sales calls daily in CRM (including pre and post call notes).</li><li>Maintains a complete, up-to-date record of targeted referral sources in territory in CRM.</li><li>Attends community events to promote Amedisys.</li><li>Responds to customer complaints in timely manner.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>At least one year of experience in a healthcare related business development/outreach role.
