The Controller partners closely with PPS Finance and leadership, the PPS Segment Controller, Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, and other corporate functions to ensure Rebel Systems' accounting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance activities meet business needs and EnerSys requirements. The role owns accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, cost management, and local internal control execution, while serving as the principal financial partner to the Rebel Systems General Manager and leadership team.
