This position is responsible for leading complex programs/projects to include the creation and oversight of project timeliness, building leader accountability and plans in partnership with the team, including directors, clinical nurse leaders, physicians, data analysts, executive assistant, and other key stakeholders. Program initiatives assigned cover a broad spectrum to include: quality assessment and improvement; financial performance; patient care progression efforts and throughput optimization; timely care with superior experience for caregivers, patients and physicians, variation reduction in patient care delivery; and physician alignment and engagement.
