The Senior Compensation Analyst, Faculty and Clinicians, SoM is responsible for 1) supporting clinician compensation administration and operations, 2) implementing and integrating compensation processes with associated administrative processes, 3) ongoing process evolution and change management, 4) managing inquiries and appeals related to the OHSU Faculty Compensation Plan, APP compensation framework, and OHSU Clinical Associates compensation framework, and 5) participating in relevant compensation surveys for associated positions. Implementing and integrating compensation processes with associated business processes This position requires communication and coordination with senior management across the enterprise including leadership in the OHSU Practice Plan, Academic Departments, Provost's Office, Human Resources, Research Administration, Finance, Information Technology and other departments as needed.
