Research, develop and analyze systems CONOPs, architecture and design models using various modeling languages including SysML, UAFML, BPMN, RAAML, OWL, and others to support customers that acquire, develop, integrate, and operate space and ground, launch, and de systems at all levels of abstraction including the enterprise, mission, functional, logical levels, physical levels. The Digital Systems Engineering Department (DSED), part of SED, is charged with helping our customers successfully adopt, integrate, and utilize digital system models, methods, tools, and best practices as part of their systems realization lifecycle processes through DE and MBSE research & development, prototyping, technical studies, independent assessments, training, and advisory functions.
