This role will be located in Pittsburgh, PA.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Works with Credit Advisors, Private Bankers and with Underwriters of residential and commercial real estate in the following ways:<ul><li>Conducts research and analysis to support lenders and management with originating, underwriting, closing and monitoring of Private Banking loans.</li><li>Recommends Risk Ratings.</li><li>Handles collateral monitoring and tracking by assisting lenders and management with existing loan portfolios (including pledged assets, residential and commercial real estate loans).</li><li>Reviews and inputs system information to ensure data accuracy.  Assists underwriters to facilitate loans moving through the system.</li><li>Works on projects related to data quality and reporting functions.</li><li>Works with clients and support staff to ensure that all documents collected are complete and accurate, and proper compliance measures are followed regarding the contents and storage of the documents. </li><li>Assists with preparation of marketing and client presentation information materials.</li><li>Solves problems of a routine nature with the context of established policies and procedures.</li><li>May resolve problems of a more unusual nature, under the guidance of more experienced staff.</li><li>No direct reports.  May provide guidance to more junior staff.</li><li>Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.</li></ul>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.</li><li>3-5 years of total work experience preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products preferred.</li></ul> At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
