The types of systems and equipment the candidate may be responsible for include water systems (fire protection, potable, sewage), compressed gas systems (nitrogen, argon, oxygen, propane), compressed air systems (high pressure air, low pressure air), boiler and steam systems, HVAC, industrial ventilation, submarine support systems (land based steaming, salt water cooling), waste water treatment plant and water purification plant. Responsibilities for project management include engineering and developing the scope of work, preparing bid documents, vendor selection, securing funding, preparing purchase requisitions, safety and environmental compliance, in field project management of vendors and EB personnel while maintaining the project budget, schedule, and documentation.
