Position Summary: The Public Works Service Area, Real Estate Team (on behalf of Portland Parks and Recreation), supports the equitable management of more than 11,677 acres of parkland, including 157 developed parks and more than 200 buildings and structures (community centers, residential, commercial, retail, office, industrial, and other) with the goal of delivering a wide range of parks and recreation services to a diverse array of park users.
