Maintain an active, transparent working relationship with Engineering, Operations, Test, Quality, Finance, and Contracts, and coordinate personnel, test facilities, and production capabilities with leadership and other project managers to balance company and program goals. 10 years of experience in engineering and program management working with the DoD, military services, and aerospace contractors on jet engine manufacturing, supersonic and hypersonic propulsion systems, or similar programs.
