Conducting facility rounds checking for items that need attention including but not limited to: mechanical rooms, roofs, service shops, locker rooms, car wash equipment and pressure washers, compressors mechanical equipment, shop equipment including overhead hose reels and hose guns, oil/fluid distribution lines, carpentry, drywall patching, painting, door and window systems, lock repair, and flooring repair, etc. We need an experienced candidate (8-10 years) with the following qualifications: Demonstrated expertise and advanced working knowledge of most major building systems-HVAC, plumbing, electrical, equipment, fire suppression, roofing, doors and hardware, generators, furniture & millwork, overhead garage doors-traditional and high-speed, etc.
