Lead facilities and plant infrastructure projects end to end-from scope definition through commissioning and handoff to Operations and Maintenance-including HVAC, compressed air, process water, electrical, structural, cleanroom/support spaces, material handling interfaces and building envelope. Own Facilities CapEx and OpEx budgets end to end-baseline, commitments, actuals, remaining forecast, contingency, cash-flow/spend forecasts, variance analysis and EAC-aligned to Finance cycles and the annual capital plan.
