The Banquet Server supports event operations by providing efficient, high-quality food and beverage service for banquets and special events. Responsibilities include room setup and teardown, table maintenance, and guest service, as outlined in Banquet Event Orders. To ensure guest satisfaction, the position requires strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and service standards</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods</li><li>Current Food Handler’s Permit and MAST/TIPS Card (or ability to obtain within 60 days)</li></ul>Work Environment:Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with moderate to loud noise levels and frequent standing, lifting, and movement.​

Physical Standards: Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift(depending on flow of business). Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Ability to wear protective hand coverings through entire shift. Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout entire shift. Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks through entire shift. Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
