As one of five teams within End User Services, this group serves as the primary execution arm for large-scale software deployments, vulnerability remediation, security patching, and application lifecycle management across more than 20,000 endpoints, including workstations and Citrix platforms. Experience using software packaging and deployment technologies such as Advanced Installer, InstallShield, PSADT, Wise Package Studio, AdminStudio, and MSI/MSIX packaging tools to develop, test, automate, and support enterprise software delivery solutions.
