The Junior Disguise Programmer role is designed for individuals with some experience or exposure to Disguise media servers (or similar technology), live production, broadcast, theatre, XR, or immersive environments who are eager to continue learning and developing their skills alongside an experienced creative and technical team. Working under the guidance of the Wonderwall Creative Manager and in close collaboration with Technical Artists, Disguise Programmers, and the broader Experience Team, this role supports the development of immersive visual content that enhances the weekend experience at Crossroads.
