As an assistant to the server, you are responsible for preparing service stations, running food to the guest, table side presentations of select menu items, assisting in the service to members and their guests, clearing and resetting tables, removing all trays from the dining rooms, and cleaning and closing service stations. - Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
