What we're looking for: Required Education & Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong mechanical aptitude; professional experience with mechanical repair/maintenance is preferred but not required • Knowledge of and experience with liquid propane and natural gas is preferred Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to mentor and train other technicians • Expert at servicing common mechanical problems and ability to address more complicated service issues • Ability to independently solve new/advanced system issues • Confident to work on own with proper support • Follows through to ensure issues are addressed • Values customer focus and encourages team to serve clients well.
