The coordinator partners with facility leadership, Nursing, Therapy, Admissions, and interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities, improve programming, support resident retention, and enhance the overall resident and family experience. The Life Enrichment Coordinator provides leadership, oversight, and support for Social Services, Activities, and resident experience programming across skilled nursing facilities.
