Preferred Qualifications: Experience within a Contract Electronics Manufacturing (EMS/CM) environment; experience supporting aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, or other high-reliability electronic products; familiarity with ICT, Functional Test, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, Class 3 electronics assembly and rework experience; MES, ERP, and traceability system experience. Using schematics, engineering documentation, test procedures, and diagnostic equipment, the Test Troubleshooter identifies root causes of failures and performs component-level repairs to restore products to full compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality requirements.
