As a key leader within the sourcing team, the Senior Manager will work across Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supplier partners to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, risk mitigation, and successful New Product Introduction (NPI) execution. As this role interfaces with many facets of Acuity Brands management, such as engineering, marketing, national accounts, customer care, manufacturing facilities, material control, post sales service and ASO, this person will need to be able to effectively collaborate cross-matrix relationships.
