Coordinates linkage with appropriate community resources, including, but not limited to: Kidscare/AHCCCS, Yavapai County Community Health Services, ADHS Immunization Division and ASIIS, YRMC Ancillary Services, Arizona School for the Deaf and Blind, Lion's Club, American Academy of Pediatrics' Medical Services Project, Shriner's Children's Hospitals and Clinic, mental health providers, Child Find, Arizona Early Intervention Program and Physician offices for cases requiring referrals. As our Pediatric Program Coordinator, you will help the Partners for Healthy Students program coordinate and administer admitting, data acquisition and processing, accounting, fund-raising and public relations so they can efficiently provide healthcare services to patients/families, developing and implementing health education materials and programs for specific children/family populations.
