The Operations Manager will play a key role in the overall success of the attraction, providing leadership and direction across multiple operational areas, including Food & Beverage, Retail, Maintenance, Guest Services, Safety, and overall daily operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands hospitality, knows how to lead through other managers, is comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong desire to grow professionally within a dynamic entertainment organization.
