A successful Technical Training Program Manager is self-starting, independent, and demonstrates ownership over program milestones such as identifying and outlining new processes or gaps in existing processes, securing equipment, developing program documentation for train the trainer rollout and technician training plan, piloting program if relevant, organize and launch the communication plan and implement lessons learned into product improvements.
