We're looking for a skilled Painter to join our Completion Team. In this role, you'll prepare, paint, and finish awnings and structural products to meet precise quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience with spray-painting techniques, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Prepare and paint awnings and structural products using approved non-high-pressure (non-airless) techniques</li><li>Apply coatings and finishes that meet LF&MS specifications and quality expectations</li><li>Read and interpret job tickets accurately to ensure product requirements are met</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li><li>Load paint mix system updates and safely dispose of materials such as filters</li><li>Follow all company safety guidelines and ISO compliance procedures</li><li>Collaborate with team members and assist in cross-training efforts</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Experience: Minimum of one (1) year painting experience related to LF&MS products or similar industrial/structural painting work</li><li>Skills & Abilities:<ul><li>Proficient in paint sprayer and respirator use</li><li>Knowledge of coatings, materials, and application techniques</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship</li><li>Ability to read and interpret job tickets and specifications</li><li>Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset</li><li>Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Performance Expectations:</h3><ul><li>Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals</li><li>Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude</li><li>Promote safety awareness and ISO compliance</li><li>Work cooperatively across departments to support production goals</li></ul> There is a background check and drug screening after acceptance of position and prior to starting.

Position automatic spray guns, set nozzles, and synchronize action of guns with speed of conveyor carrying articles; apply touch-ups.

<h3>Starting at $23.00/hr up to $27.06. </h3>The compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's level of experience. All applicants are encouraged to provide details of their previous professional experiences during the application process.Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts, possibility of overtime on FridaysEssential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for applying primer and topcoat to commercial trailers (steel and aluminum) using spray gun equipment and techniques. Painters must follow high quality standards to minimize defects and exceed customer standards</li><li>Cleans grease and dirt from product</li><li>Applies masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated</li><li>Fills cavities and dents with putty to attain smooth surface</li><li>Selects and mixes coating liquid to produce desired color.
