Job Duties/Responsibilities: Works with Manager of Respiratory Therapy, Director of Critical Care and Hospital Administration on planning, organizing and directing Respiratory Therapy Services operations and ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations Makes rounds in department and clinical areas to judge effectiveness of operation, utilization of personnel and supplies, and general ethical and professional atmosphere Secures and maintains the department, equipment and supplies which are required to carry out effective patient care and create an optimum physical environment. Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located all over the U.S. States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
