Communication and Support: Coordinate and communicate with internal and external customers, including, but not limited to property managers, regional managers, management, portfolio asset managers, lenders, auditors, etc. • Monitoring and Management: Monitor and coordinate annual invoices received from the developer for residual receipts payments, loan servicing fees, and lender administrative fees, managing general partner fees.
