In collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary care team, the RN contributes to individualized care planning, delivers patient and family education regarding treatment regimens and symptom management, and supports patients throughout their treatment experience. This role is responsible for performing comprehensive patient assessments; administering IV medications, biologics, blood products, hydration, and other prescribed infusion treatments; and closely monitoring patient responses to therapy to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.
