The Development Director collaborates with internal departments, development partners, consultants, lenders, investors, governmental agencies, and community stakeholders to successfully deliver projects that support HumanGoods mission, growth strategy, and long-term portfolio objectives. Structures and coordinates project financing utilizing public and private funding sources including LIHTC, HUD programs, tax-exempt bonds, grants, HOME, CDBG, conventional financing, permanent financing, and other available funding programs.
