The Senior Analyst partners with station leaders and cross functional Technical Operations teams to define analytical questions, validate data and metric logic, identify performance drivers, develop scalable dashboards and models, and translate findings into practical actions that reduce aircraft downtime and improve operational execution. Lead research, data mining, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing to identify drivers of aircraft maintenance performance, reliability, station readiness, delays, cancellations, aircraft damage, labor utilization, and other Technical Operations outcomes.
