Maintenance- Increase the efficiency of the maintenance crews by providing direct supervision and support in the areas of job priorities, assignments, staffing, area cross training, delay reduction, breakdown support, schedule adherence, etc. Supervise the personnel, processing, scheduling, maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and training for an 8 hour production shift in the Rolling Mill of the Faircrest Steel Plant (FSP).
