Responsibilities:<ul><li>Dishwashing & Sanitation<ul><li>Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing equipment (including commercial dishwashing machine) safely and efficiently</li><li>Clean and sanitize ass dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans according to resort cleanliness and sanitation standards</li><li>Sort, scrape, and pre-rinse items prior to machine washing</li><li>Wash delicate or non-machine-safe items be hand when necessary</li><li>Inspect all items for spots, streaks, chips or damage before returning them to service</li><li>Ensure flawless cleanliness of all guest-facing tableware, flatware and glassware</li></ul></li><li>Health, Safety & Hygiene<ul><li>Follow all health department regulations and Mirbeau sanitation policies at all times</li><li>Monitor and maintain proper water temperature, sanitizer levels, and cleaning chemicals</li><li>Use PPE properly at appropriate times</li><li>Report any sanitation issues, health concerns, or safety hazards to management</li></ul></li><li>Cleaning & Maintenance<ul><li>Keep all dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized and free of debris</li><li>Clean and sanitize sinks, dish stations, mats, drains and equipment daily and at the end of each shift</li><li>Report any machine or equipment malfunctions or repair needs to management</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of BOH floors, walls, and storage areas</li><li>Separate and dispose of trash, food waste and recycling in designated areas</li></ul></li><li>Support & Collaboration<ul><li>Ensure timely delivery of clean dishware and service items to kitchen and FOH staff</li><li>Work collaboratively with both BOH and FOH teams to ensure smooth, seamless service</li><li>Restock kitchen stations with clean and sanitized items throughout service periods</li><li>Rotate dishware and service items to minimize wear and tear</li><li>Assist and support prep and kitchen staff with basic tasks when needed</li><li>Support fast turnover of dishes and Overview:
Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Data Steward. Primary Function: Serve as the business representative responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data within assigned domains (e.g., Lending, Deposits, Member Data, Finance). Define, document, and maintain business data definitions, metadata, and data lineage. Review and validate data quality reports, working with Data Governance and IT to resolve anomalies. Support implementation of data quality rules, thresholds, and validation routines in collaboration with Data Quality & Compliance Analysts. Participate in root cause analysis for recurring data issues and recommend process improvements. Support the identification and documentation of Critical Data Elements (CDEs) within assigned domains, including defining quality thresholds and validation rules.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Ensure that the credit union’s data is accurate, consistent, and trusted across business lines. Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the Data Governance team, supporting the effective management of member, operational, and financial data throughout its lifecycle.</li><li>Enforce data standards, definitions, and usage policies; partner with Data Owners and Data Governance leadership to resolve data quality issues; and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements including NCUA Part 748, GLBA, FFIEC, and CFPB.</li><li>Strengthen the integrity of the credit union’s data assets to support analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making.</li><li>Operate within the Data Governance Working Group as part of HVCU’s governance model, serving as the domain representative to the Data Governance Committee and bridging business data owners with IT/Data Engineering.</li><li>Ensure data handling practices align with the credit union’s Information Security Standards and Procedures</li><li>(ISSP), Data Governance Charter, and regulatory obligations (GLBA, NCUA, CFPB). Participate in the Data Governance Committee and Working Groups as the domain representative, contributing to enterprise-wide governance decisions and priority-setting</li><li>Collaborate with Privacy and Compliance teams to maintain alignment between data governance and privacy policies, including data retention and consent management.</li><li>Support audit and examination activities by providing data documentation and evidence of control adherence.</li><li>Participate in the data access request and approval process by reviewing and validating access requests within assigned domains to ensure appropriate data use.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert on data definitions, standards, and policies for assigned areas.</li><li>Educate and guide business teams on proper data handling and reporting practices. Work cross-functionally with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Analytics to ensure business needs are supported while maintaining governance integrity.</li><li>Promote awareness of data governance principles throughout the credit union.</li><li>Contribute to data quality dashboards and performance metrics for Data Governance Committee reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline data capture and improve source-to-target accuracy.</li><li>Support implementation of metadata tools and data catalog capabilities. Support data lineage documentation within the Databricks/Unity Catalog environment, maintaining system-level data dictionaries and integration flow maps for assigned domains.</li><li>Participate in change impact assessments when upstream data sources, business rules, or platform configurations change, ensuring downstream stakeholders are informed and governance controls are updated</li><li>Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Qualifications:

This preserve includes 1450 acres of natural lands, 450 acres of working lands and over 20 miles of hiking trails located in the towns of Bridgewater and New Milford Connecticut. The Seasonal Land Steward will have the opportunity to learn and apply skills in the safe handling of commonly used equipment and tools; identifying and managing invasive plant species; and establishing and maintaining extensive trail systems, while thriving in a supportive and safe work culture.

What We Can Achieve Together: The Conservancy owns and manages roughly 1850 acres of the Sunny Valley Preserve. This preserve includes 1450 acres of natural lands, 450 acres of working lands and over 20 miles of hiking trails located in the towns of Bridgewater and New Milford Connecticut. The Land Steward will perform and participate in preserve operations, maintenance, and management. The Land Steward maintains preserve areas frequented by the visiting public and removes exotic species. The Land Steward maintains tools and equipment and may open and close preserve(s) to the visiting public. May work in variable weather conditions, at remote locations for long periods of time in isolated settings, on difficult and hazardous terrain and under physically demanding circumstances. Requires considerable physical exertion and/or muscular strain. This position will include working on some construction projects associated with preserve buildings.
